He's adorable, that is a beautiful picture of Tandy and the baby. What's the IV and splint about?
The splint is to secure the IV... The IV is because he was in respiratory distress when he was born due to the amount of morphine they'd given Sandra.After something like 40 hours or so of labor, he ended up being born via c-section.My understanding is that all are doing well at this point.
No I was just worried, plus I had been worried about the morphine. He sure is a beautiful little thing.
The splint and the IV are out now. He's regulating his body temp and his blood glucose measurements are all good now. My little champion! I'm posting new photos of him today on my blog.
